Custombizio provides AI-driven software and marketing services tailored to dental practices, including AI treatment planning, AI call center, dental practice management software, and AI-driven marketing and advertising services.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable healthcare, privacy, and advertising regulations, including HIPAA where applicable.
4. Intellectual Property
All software, models, content, designs, and materials produced or provided by Custombizio remain the intellectual property of Custombizio unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
5. Fees & Payment
Fees for services are set forth in your signed proposal or statement of work. Late payments may incur additional charges. Custombizio reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary and patient-related information exchanged during the engagement.
7. Disclaimers
Our AI tools support — but do not replace — professional clinical judgment. Custombizio makes no warranties regarding clinical outcomes and disclaims implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Custombizio's liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding twelve (12) months.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice per the terms of the applicable agreement. Fees for work performed remain due upon termination.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
